Peter Su is a seasoned entrepreneur, real estate investor, licensed builder and developer, and a lifelong learner with a passion for both innovation and community impact. He is the founder of Vast Developers LLC, where he leads residential and commercial development projects throughout Massachusetts. He holds a Construction Supervisor License (CSL #CS-120587) and a Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) Registration (#213656).

Peter began his entrepreneurial journey early, co-founding Penan Technologies Inc. in 1996 with a college roommate while still a student. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University in 2000, followed by an MBA in Finance in 2001.

His professional background includes roles in the tech industry—starting in VLSI design at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1998 and then serving as an application and support engineer at Teradyne in Boston in 2000. In 2001, he entered the real estate space by developing his first piece of raw land and later expanded into modular home construction in New Hampshire.

From 2013 to 2022, Peter served as Director of Vast Dental in Newton, Massachusetts, where he successfully grew and eventually sold the business at a strong profit. He also spent three years teaching math and physics at a private school in Newton—an experience he calls one of the most meaningful chapters of his life, giving him the opportunity to give back to the community and inspire future generations.

Adding to his diverse background, Peter was also a professional photographer, and in 2008, he was honored as Photographer of the Year by The Pros Entertainment Company, a recognition that reflects his artistic eye and passion for storytelling through images.

A proud graduate of Lynn English High School in 1996, Peter now lives in Weston, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children. Outside of his professional life, he keeps active with a wide range of hobbies, including archery, cycling, running, motorcycles, and working on cars—interests that reflect his energy, precision, and hands-on approach to everything he does.
